About the Role
We are looking for a fluent English–German Speaking Patient Coordinator to join one of Hungary’s largest private hair transplant clinics, located in the IX. district of Budapest.
Our client is an internationally recognized medical center, uniquely focused on treating foreign patients from the UK, Germany, France, and Italy, providing premium hair restoration services in a professional, multilingual setting.

Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the main link between doctors and international patients, ensuring smooth communication and excellent patient experience
- Provide verbal interpretation during medical consultations and procedures
- Take and manage pre- and post-treatment photos, ensuring proper documentation in the clinic’s internal system
- Perform administrative and scheduling tasks, including patient records, consent forms, and follow-up communication
- Handle patient inquiries via email, phone, and in person in a professional, empathetic manner
- Support daily clinic operations and assist the medical team with coordination-related activities
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and German (C1–C2 level proficiency required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a clinical or medical environment and communicating with doctors and patients
